Mein PC hat im Moment die lustige Angewohnheit, sich ab und an ohne Vorwarnung neuzustarten, also auch ohne diesen kritischer Fehler Bildschirm, einfach zack und weg. Das alleine wäre ja noch nicht so schlimm, aber wenn er startet, bleibt er ziemlich oft direkt hinter dem XP Ladebildschirm hängen und macht gar nichts mehr. Wenn man im abgesicherten Modus reingeht, fährt er zumindest hoch, startet sich aber trotzdem ab und an neu, so dass es ziemlich schwierig ist mal nen Virenscann drüberlaufen zu lassen. Jemand ne Idee was ich machen kann?

Hängt er sich auch spontan ohne jeglichen Grund auf?
Wenn ja, dann hast du das selbe Problem wie ich einst.
Bei mir lag es daran, dass das Netzteil in meinem PC zu schwach für meine Grafikkarte war.

Jap, macht er. Aber ich hab bestimmt seit 2 Jahren nichts mehr an dem PC geändert, also weiß ich nicht obs jetzt plötzlich am Netzteil liegen kann.

vielleicht ist irgend n kabel/kontakt locker. Oder eben das naheliegenste, ein Virus. Anitiv ist ein gutes antiviren programm (Wie man ja aus dem namen vielleicht erschließen kann..).

Ist unter "Rechtsklick Arbeitsplatz -> Erweitert" und dort in den Einstellungen vom Punkt "Starten und Wiederherstellen" ein Haken bei "Automatisch Neustart durchführen" gesetzt?
Wenn ja, dann mach den mal weg und du solltest zumindest die lästigen Neustarts los sein.
Wenn nicht... dann hab ich auch keinen Plan -.- . Hast du eventuell die Möglichkeit, ein anderes Betriebssystem laufen zu lassen?
Ach ja, und die Idee mit dem lockeren Kabel finde ich gar nicht mal so schlecht... die Mistteile lösen sich recht gerne mal im Laufe der Zeit.

Danke, ich hab mal den Haken weggemacht, mal schauen wies jetzt geht. Die Kabel hatte ich schon alle überprüft, da war nichts. Mir scheints eher ein Problem mit Überhitzung oder so zu sein, denn wenn man den PC wirklich mal ausschaltet, wenn man ihn nicht braucht, dann läuft er gut. Nur nach längerer Laufzeit entwickelt er dann seine Problemchen.

ein PC der gut läuft wenn man ihn ausschaltet ist mir suspekt *kopfkratz*
hast du auch mal adaware drüber laufen lassen? Man weiß ja nie was so ein adwareproggy alles für Schaden anrichten kann...

Jo, hab ich auch schon laufen lassen, hat aber auch nichts gefunden. Naja, ich denke nach fast 6 Jahren hat er seine Rente wohl verdient. Oder vielleicht weiß er auch nur, dass er bald durch ein dolleres Modell ersetzt wird und streikt deshalb.
